This notice applies to consumers. Businesses have no right of withdrawal under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the contract is formed.
For a service contract, the right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed, provided you expressly requested that we begin before the withdrawal period ended and at the same time confirmed that you would thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
A placement is fully performed once the listing is published. It therefore only goes ahead if you expressly made both of those declarations at checkout. As long as that declaration is not on record, your right of withdrawal remains in force for the full fourteen days.
Declare your withdrawal informally to the email address given in the imprint. No reason is required. Sending the declaration before the deadline is enough to meet it.
You may use the template below, but you do not have to.
We refund all payments received without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your declaration, using the same means of payment you used. You incur no fees for this.
If you asked us to begin the placement during the withdrawal period, you owe us a proportionate amount for the part of the service performed up to your withdrawal.
